Jam and Bread is pleased to welcome back The Goofy Foot Band! On January 14 of this year they played at our fundraiser at the Greenhouse in Cadillac. And if you’ve never seen them live then please join us as they kick off our summer concert series on Sunday July 16

Friends since high school, John and Nick are known for playing rockabilly music with a punk rock heartbeat. They are as gracious as they are fun taking the time to chat with our students and bringing about a whole new generation of rockabilly fans. We at Jam and Bread LOVE to highlight the double bass but in the rockabilly world it’s more commonly referred to as a dog house bass, bass fiddle, hoss bass, bull fiddle and bunkhouse bass. It’s such a versatile instrument that it can be played classically or how Nick plays with loose strings that bounce impossibly fast.
